About Us
Our Story
Total Construction was registered in Swaziland in 1994 and our offices are on the 3rd floor of Lilunga House Mbabane. We won our first contract to construct residential houses. Since then we have grown from strength to strength, building a variety of structures including: hospitals, schools, office blocks and large scope residential houses for the Government of Swaziland to name a few. We employ a full time core of approximately 40 experienced and skilled staff covering administration, contract supervision, quantity surveying, foremen and site agents. In addition the company employs on average 90 skilled and unskilled workers on an hourly paid, contract-by-contract basis. We are registered with Swaziland Government’s Construction Industry Council (CIC) in ‘Category B1’.
Our bankers Standard Bank Swaziland provide us with contract performance and other guarantee bonds as required. We have our own fleet of vehicles, plant, scaffolding and equipment enabling us to tackle a wide range of construction contracts. Should a project demand special equipment and plant etc we have associate suppliers of plant that we call on to supplement our needs.
